Job Scope
- Manage and coordinate the day-to-day operations of the ocean freight department and resolve any operational-related problem.
- Lead and supervise offshore the operation team, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain relationships with factories, shipping operators, and other key stakeholders.
- Monitor and explore the market for acquiring new accounts.
- Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and service quality.
- Prepare reports and analyses on company performance.
- Ensure compliance with all international trade and shipping regulations.
- Other assignments by management if any.
Requirement
- Degree in Logistics Management / Business Administration or equivalent.
- 8-12 years of relevant working experience in product trading and management experience.
