Key Responsibilities:
- Merchant Collaboration: Identify and attract potential merchants, communicate with them, introduce the advantages of Star Express, and facilitate the signing of partnership agreements.
- Relationship Management: Maintain and develop existing merchant relationships, resolve any issues encountered during the collaboration, and ensure smooth operations.
- Market Research: Analyze market trends and competitors, propose business development strategies, and help the company gain a competitive edge in the market.
- Partnership Proposal Design: Develop and present customized collaboration proposals based on merchants' needs and market conditions to maximize mutual benefits.
- Data Analysis: Track the effectiveness of partnerships and optimize collaboration models and strategies through data analysis.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure that merchants' needs and feedback are responded to and addressed promptly.
Job Requirements:
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.
- Work Attitude: Highly self-motivated and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
