Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our team with claim submissions and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate processing of claims, as well as providing general administrative support.
Eligibility: This position is open only to Singaporean citizens or Permanent Residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and submission of claims.
- Review and verify claim documents for accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain organized records of submitted claims and related documentation.
- Liaise with officer regarding claims inquiries.
- Provide general administrative support, including data entry and filing.
- Assist in the preparation of reports related to claims processing.
- Ensure compliance with relevant policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- O level or related field.
- 1 year of experience in an administrative role, preferably in claims processing.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in document management.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Standard communication and interpersonal skills.
