Our client, a renowned professional services firm, is looking for an Accounting Advisory Manager. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of relevant working experience within a public accounting or financial services firm, and have a good understanding of IFRS.
Responsibilities:
- Provide expert consultation on accounting standards and regulations, with a particular emphasis on IFRS and other GAAP frameworks
- Offer tailored solutions for the implementation of reporting systems
- Drive the adoption of new accounting and reporting standards within client organisations, and oversee the integration
- Collaborate with clients to design and structure complex transactions and financial products, ensuring optimal accounting treatment and compliance with relevant standards
Requirements:
- Degree in accountancy or related discipline
- At least 5 years of relevant work experience in a public accounting or financial services firm
- Knowledge of IFRS, GAAP and financial instruments
- Good critical thinking and problem solving skills
