Our client, a commodity trading house, is looking for an Trade Operations Executive.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end operations
- Prepare and vet sales and purchase contracts to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Handle import and export letters of credit (LC), ensuring proper documentation and adherence to trade regulations
- Coordinate cargo and vessel execution to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to resolve any operations-related issues promptly
- Ensure that all deals are accurately inputted into the system in a timely manner
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in maritime, supply chain, or equivalent
- At least 3 years of experience within a physical trading house
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Independent and able to manage priorities
