1. Marketing Strategy & Campaigns:
Work with Senior Manager/HOD to develop, plan, and execute marketing campaigns (digital, social media, and traditional) to drive brand awareness and clinic services.
Work with Senior Manager/HOD to develop/grow partnerships with corporations & insurers, etc.
Analyze market trends and consumer data to inform marketing strategies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies for promotional materials, events, and digital content.
Monitor and evaluate campaign performance, preparing reports on key metrics and ROI.
2. Corporate Communications (Internal & External):
Develop and manage internal communication strategies to ensure alignment and engagement among employees with corporate values and objectives.
Manage external communication efforts, including public relations, media relations, and corporate press releases.
Act as the key liaison for media inquiries, preparing media kits and organizing interviews.
Draft, edit, and oversee the distribution of corporate communication materials, such as newsletters, memos, and announcements.
Ensure consistent branding and tone across all internal and external communication channels.
3. Event & Roadshow Management:
Work with Senior Manager/HOD on the organization of PR events, dental care talks, and roadshows in collaboration with key partners.
Work with community organizations and corporate partners to generate awareness on dental hygiene and related health conditions.
Oversee event logistics, vendor management, and post-event evaluations to measure success.
4. Digital & Social Media Marketing:
Oversee the management of company social media platforms, including content creation, scheduling, and audience engagement.
Collaborate with the internal team to produce high-quality digital marketing materials (graphics, videos, etc.).
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices for social media marketing to maintain a strong online presence.
5. Market Research & Insights:
Conduct competitive research and gather market insights to support product development and service enhancement initiatives.
Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership to inform business strategies.
6. Brand Development:
Collaborate with Senior Manager/HOD to define and maintain the company’s brand voice and identity.
Ensure brand consistency across all marketing and communication touchpoints.
7. Team Leadership & Collaboration:
Foster strong relationships with other departments (sales, operations, etc.) to support a unified approach to marketing and communications.
Requirements
• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications Business Admin/Management or related field
• Minimum 2-3 years relevant working experience (healthcare related industry would have a strong advantage)
• Strong understanding of Corporate Communications/PR preferred (understanding of integrated/digital marketing - SEM & Social Content, a bonus)
• Proficiency in marketing software and tools (eg. MailChimp, Canva, Microsoft Office)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strategic mindset
• Good project management & attention to detail
• Highly motivated, resourceful & data driven, while being a good team player
