About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated Demand & Supply Planning Specialist to monitor market and sales trends in the automotive sector, analyze data, and manage production order plans. This role involves collaborating with distributors on short and mid-term planning while supporting country-specific projects through stakeholder coordination and best practice sharing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze market factors affecting the automotive industry, including economic conditions, policies, seasonality, historical trends, and competition.
- Evaluate planning assumptions for short to mid-term sales plans to maximize opportunities and manage risks.
- Utilize Excel tools to manage production order plans and ensure efficient supply conditions.
- Facilitate consensus building with distributors on planning strategies.
- Support country-specific projects by applying demand and supply knowledge and coordinating among stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Degree in supply chain management, business planning, economics, or a related field.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
