We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Senior Tax and Financial Specialist to join our team. As an Senior Tax and Financial Specialist, you will be responsible for managing various accounting and taxation functions within the organization. Your primary focus will be to ensure accurate financial reporting, compliance with tax regulations, and efficient financial operations. - Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain financial records, including general ledger entries, bank reconciliations, and accounts payable/receivable
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports
- Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and assist in the preparation of tax returns
- Conduct regular audits to identify and resolve any discrepancies or issues
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline financial processes and improve overall efficiency
- Provide support during financial audits and respond to audit inquiries
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities
- Monitor cash flow and manage financial transactions
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders
- Stay updated with changes in accounting and tax regulations - Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 1-3 years of relevant working experience in accounting and taxation
- Strong multitasking skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Exceptional time management skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Proficient in computer skills, including accounting software and tools
- Fluent in both Chinese and English
