Join our dynamic team as an Operations Executive, where you will play a pivotal role in optimizing forecasting and enhancing operational efficiencies. In this position, you will work closely with our Singapore Operations team while maintaining open communication with the Australian team to ensure comprehensive support in all operational aspects.

Primary Role Responsibilities:
● Monitor sales data to identify market trends and popular products
● Updating of daily sales sheet to provide real-time insights, supporting marketing and sales strategies
● Monitoring stock turnover rates to ensure sufficient stock quantities for ongoing and upcoming sales campaigns
● Manage shipping timelines and orders lead time for orders to Australia, minimising out-of-stock situations through proactive planning
● Optimizing shipping logistics, focusing on cost-efficiency and managing stock levels
● Maintain seamless communication between Singapore’s Operations team regarding order fulfilment
● Analyse sales and stock movement data and provide forecasting based on trends.
Other Responsibilities:
● Optimising orders for third-party logistics (3PL) processes
● Managing warehousing and co-ordinating with local logistics on routing for more efficient operations
● Handling RMA processes and tracking to ensure efficient returns management
Role Requirements:
● Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools
● A good team player who can communicate and collaborate effectively across the team and organization, as well with external parties.
● Attention to detail and ability to identify and solve problems quickly.
● Good knowledge with Microsoft Office & Google Sheets
● Possess good planning and organizing skills.
● Possess good understanding of Sales Behaviour and Strategy
● Min 2 years experience in Business Operations preferred.
