- Partner with portfolio managers, product specialists, and data teams to create and update pitch books for key strategies.
- Develop content for various pre- and post-sales materials, ensuring alignment with investment strategies.
- Support the development of other materials used by sales and marketing teams in Singapore and regional offices.Originate and assemble quality responses for RFPs, RFIs, DDQs, and databases.
- Support RFP/RFI requests for equities and multi-asset strategies.
- Collaborate with business development and investment teams to refine content, communicating product strategies, investment processes, and philosophy.
- Coordinate with subject matter experts to ensure content adheres to local and global standards and regulatory requirements.
- Manage the end-to-end process of delivering RFPs for core investment strategies over time.
- Update and review answers in the Qvidian System and other databases to ensure accurate and updated information is available for sales and marketing teams.
