JOB DESCRIPTION
- 2 years or more competitive coaching
- Teaching of APS Swim School Curriculum
- Requires communication skills with parents on the learning progress of the child
- Basic computer & admin skills are essential
- Leadership skills in developing and teaching young students of the Swim School
- Provide teaching plans and monthly reports of students' progress
- Development of the boy’s and girl’s swim team; planning of training sessions, instruct swimmers on swimming technique, establish effective communication with team and staff members
REQUIREMENTS
- Degree or Diploma in Sports Coaching
- Possess experience in both Learn-to-Swim and Competitive coaching
- Must work Saturdays and Sundays (Mondays off)
- Schedule: Tue to Fri: 6pm to 8pm / Wed: 11.45am to 1pm weekly meeting / Sat & Sun: 7am to 11am & 3pm to 7pm
- Weekdays Morning Trainings at 7am - once to twice a week during school holidays
- Work week includes planning and coaching hours
- Place of work in Singapore (Near Buona Vista MRT / One North MRT)
PERSONAL QUALITIES
- Love the water and have a passion for teaching children
- Good communication skills
- Able to work independently
- Possess team player and leadership qualities
