Key Responsibilities:
Pre-Sales Materials
- Gather and collate qualitative and quantitative information about our products and services.
- Complete RFP (Request for Proposals) and DDQs (Due Diligence Questionnaire) requests for institutional and intermediary clients.
Pitch Book Updates and Marketing Materials:
- Update standard pitchbooks used by the sales teams.
- Ensure pitchbooks reflect the latest information relevant to investment strategies managed by the investment teams.
- Align presentation slides with the firm’s brand guidelines and standard colors.
Post Sales Fund Reporting
- Support the team in producing fund reports, including simple editing of market and fund performance.
- Use pre-set reporting templates in the SEISMIC system.
- Assist in clearing content with internal stakeholders before dissemination to external clients.
Requirements:
- Excellent command of English language, strong writing skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
- Basic finance knowledge.
