Job Overview:
iWorld Learning is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive growth in student enrollments. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for education. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to increase enrollments and expand our reach in the market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve enrollment targets and revenue growth.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive student sign-ups for our English learning programs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, partners, and institutions.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop a pipeline of prospective students.
- To develop a strong product knowledge for our English learning programs.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create campaigns that align with sales objectives.
- Collaborate with the operation and teacher management team closely to maintain student numbers, keep track of the class numbers, and strategize class numbers.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, forecast future performance, and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Provide coaching, training, and support to the sales team to improve performance.
- Prepare regular sales reports and present updates to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar sales leadership role, preferably in the education industry.
- Strong understanding of sales processes, customer behavior, and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead, motivate, and inspire a sales team to meet and exceed targets.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
- Familiarise with the creation of CRM system,sales and customer tracking software.
- Able to communicate in Korean, Mandarin, Japanese, and English (Written and spoken) to various stakeholders.
