Assistant Outlet Manager

Responsibilities

  1. Provide excellent service to guests
  2. Monitor and ensure restaurant’s day-to-day operations functions smoothly and efficiently
  3. Lead the team and ensure smooth operation in areas of manpower, planning, training of staff
  4. Manage and ensure expenses are within budget limits
  5. Maintain and improve service level of restaurant
  6. Assist to achieve monthly sales target & KPIs
  7. Assist in monthly stock take of restaurant inventory

Any other tasks as assigned from time to time.


Requirements

5 day work week

  • At least 3 years of relevant working experience in a Restaurant / Bistro / Cafe.
  • Service oriented with a positive customer service personality.
  • Excellent team player who is able to train and motivate staff effectively.
