Responsibilities
- Provide excellent service to guests
- Monitor and ensure restaurant’s day-to-day operations functions smoothly and efficiently
- Lead the team and ensure smooth operation in areas of manpower, planning, training of staff
- Manage and ensure expenses are within budget limits
- Maintain and improve service level of restaurant
- Assist to achieve monthly sales target & KPIs
- Assist in monthly stock take of restaurant inventory
Any other tasks as assigned from time to time.
Requirements
5 day work week
- At least 3 years of relevant working experience in a Restaurant / Bistro / Cafe.
- Service oriented with a positive customer service personality.
- Excellent team player who is able to train and motivate staff effectively.
