Responsibilities:
- Manage full-set of accounts & maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
- Manage and keep track of Accounts Payable and receivable
- Assist with General Ledger and Bank reconciliation.
- Preparing an annual budget and financial statements report.
- Provide financial insights to the management team
- Prepare and file tax and GST returns in compliance with regulations
- Stay updated on tax laws and regulations
- Responsible administrative matters
- Coordinate with other service providers or vendors when necessary
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned by manager
Requirements:
- Min diploma holder
- At least 3 years of accounting experiences including full set
- Experience from small scale/size company/environment
- Able to work independently
