The position will report to the CEO.
The roles & responsibilities of the position include but not limited to the following:-
· Organise meetings and ensure the CEO is well prepared for those meetings, preparing agenda, pre-meeting briefing and meeting paper
· Manage CEO’s work schedule, assessing priority of appointment and reallocation as necessary
· Manage travel arrangement for CEO including hotel & air ticket booking, meeting venue arrangement
· Coordinate business-related meeting/visit arrangement and handle meeting minutes taking as needed
· Draft official correspondence to business partners, local authority on behalf of CEO office
· Other ad-hoc duties assigned by the CEO from time to time
Requirements:
· At least 3 to 5 years’ experience in similar position is preferred
· Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to maintain a high level of accuracy
· Positive working attitude, presentable, organized and able to multi-task
· Willing to travel as needed
· Good communication, both written and verbal in English & Chinese
· Experienced & familiar with China business environment will be an added advantage
