Job Summary:

Job Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via email or phone
- Prepare quotations and handle purchase orders
- Provide accurate product and service information to customers
- Convert customer inquiries into sales opportunities
- Address and resolve customer complaints or issues
- Assist with product-related questions and concerns
- Plan and assign manpower to ensure job completion
- Manage purchasing matters based on customer requests
- Collaborate closely with Service Engineers on job tasks
Job Requirement(s):
- ITE or Diploma in Business, Engineering, or a related discipline
- No prior experience required
- Strong communication skills with a customer service focus
