Job Responsibilities:
- Payments and accounts receivable matters – filing and posting transactions
- Business expenses and petty cash claims
- Customer sales end-to-end processing
- Collaborate with Sales, Operations and Customer Support Team
- Handling client's enquiry via phone, generate sales appointments
- Maintaining and updating customer databases
- Calendar management
- Preparation of quotation, processing orders and arranging for deliveries
- Liaising with vendors and suppliers
- Managing the production of marketing and training materials, e.g. brochures, website update
- Provide general office administration and maintenance
Job Requirements:
- At least 1-2 years working experience
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Apps especially MS Excel
- Adobe Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop skill is a plus
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills;
- Able to work independently and a good team player
- Meticulous
