1 Year Contract HR Business Partner

Job Description:
• Acts as a business partner to deliver best practice and business focused HR solutions
• Actively engage business stakeholders on HR issues
• Handle full spectrum of HR operations functions
• Advise and implement strategic HR initiatives and projects, HR processes improvement and change & transformation projects, learning & development, organisation development for the Business Units
• Engage and work closely with Business Stakeholders to drive and implement strategic HR initiatives and projects
• Champion strategic HR initiatives, change and transformation projects across the bank
• Incorporate best practices to programs/initiatives to elevate overall learning objectives across the bank
• Provide constant updates to the Senior Management on the change and transformation program progress
Job Requirements:
• Degree in any relevant discipline
• 5 to 8 years of HR experience
• Well versed in employment laws and regulations
• Salary ranges between S$5,000 to S$7,000 per month
