Our client is a leading Bank and we are looking to hire for a Credit Audit Manager to join their team, where the candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our credit operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive audits of credit files, including loan applications, credit agreements, and supporting documentation.
- Review and assess the accuracy of credit assessments, ensuring compliance with internal policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Identify discrepancies, errors, or areas of concern and develop actionable recommendations for improvement.
- Prepare detailed audit reports, including findings, recommendations, and corrective actions.
- Collaborate with credit and risk management teams to address audit findings and implement corrective measures.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices related to credit auditing.
- Assist in the development and implementation of internal controls and procedures to enhance credit risk management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in credit auditing, internal auditing, or a similar role, preferably within a banking or financial services environment.
- Strong knowledge of credit processes, regulatory requirements, and auditing standards.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in auditing software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present findings clearly and effectively.
