Key Responsibilities:
- Collect dishes, glasses, kitchenware, and equipment for cleaning
- Ensure all items are properly cleaned and stored in their designated places
- Maintain cleanliness around the work area at all times
- Follow the correct dishwashing processes and equipment maintenance procedures
- Ensure an adequate supply of clean dishes, glasses, and utensils, especially during busy periods
- Perform regular garbage removal and general area cleaning
- Assist with other ad hoc tasks as required
Requirements:
- Strong team player with the ability to work independently and take initiative
- Good attitude and work ethic
- Willing to work on weekends and public holidays
- Willing to work overtime as needed
