Job Description:
- Collect, consolidate, and analyze data to generate various reports and PowerPoint presentations for management.
- Support forecasting and budget planning processes, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Conduct internal and external reviews to identify strengths and weaknesses, and recommend initiatives to boost efficiency.
- Help develop and execute strategies to meet the organization’s broader goals.
- Collaborate with departments to create and implement action plans that align with short- and long-term business objectives set by HQ in Japan.
- Work with various departments to ensure new projects align with the company’s strategies and values.
- Track the progress of business initiatives and provide support to departments to ensure successful project completion.
- Coordinate and manage organizational development activities, including regular management meetings.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience, ideally in the FMCG sector.
- Detail-oriented with strong business insight; skilled in research, data analysis, and problem-solving.
- Experience with statistical and big data analysis, and general accounting knowledge (e.g., account types, provisions, accruals).
- Strong analytical and management skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
