- Mon – Fri: 8.45am - 5.15pm
- Office: Sembawang
- Transport at Admiralty, Clementi, Sengkang, Tampines MRT
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate marine equipment servicing/ maintenance orders
- Handle clients enquiries and requests
- Liaise with UK HQ to fulfill customer orders
- Follow up on quotations
- Ensure works done within time frame & to update clients accordingly
- Compile technical feedback from clients regularly
Requirements:
- Diploma/ Degree in any field
- 2-4 years of Customer Service/ Sales Support experience
- Able to commit after office hours & on standby during weekend (*once per month, with allowance provided)
