Your new role
- Reporting to the GM based in Singapore, the job involves overseeing HR and administrative operations, ensuring smooth office processes, and supporting employee development.
- Key responsibilities include formulating and revising HR policies, managing headcount and budget planning, and handling payroll and compensation.
- The role also involves driving performance management, conducting manpower reporting, and managing employee benefits and general insurance.
- Additionally, the position requires overseeing office administration, addressing employee-related matters, ensuring corporate compliance, and providing support to regional offices on HR and compliance issues.
- The role demands strategic planning, compliance with corporate directives, and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Key focus on implementing new system, enforcing and improvising policy and process.
What you'll need to succeed
- Minimum bachelor degree with 8 years of working experience, preferably in a Japanese MNC.
- Experience in managing a team.
- Candidates with experience in system implementation will be an added advantage.
