Job Responsibilities:
- Reporting directly to company Director, responsible from initial and strategy planning of the opening of F&B chain of Restaurants.
- Planning and forecasting of the profit and loss of overall business operations. Analyse market trends and develop buisness plans to drive business expansion and growth.
- Responsible for the preparation and overall operations of the F&B chain of Restaurants, including and not limited to revenue and cost management, people management, procurement management, marketing and customer service management.
- Establish and maintain strategic business partner relationship (e.g external vendors) direct negotiation policy and develop negotiation limits to drive revenue and profit of the Company.
- Maintain regulatory compliance and relations with relevant authorities.
Key Requirements:
- Possess a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or equivalent.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in managing F&B Group of Restaurants.
- Food entrepreneurial mindset with stong decision-making skills.
- Strong business acumen and a results-driven professional in.
