JOB PURPOSE
To provide administrative and operational support to business development and sales efforts, ensuring a high level of fulfilment accuracy.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Processing customer orders from e-commerce platforms
- Picking and packing customer orders for delivery
- Carrying out quality control checks for customer orders
- Assisting in route planning when required
- Assisting in clearing customer payables when required
- Assisting in generating sales and incident reports when required
- Any tasks as and when assigned by line manager
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- To be proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite
- To be a good team player with good communication skills
- To be willing to learn and step out of existing job scope when required
