- Maintain accurate financial records and reports for assigned entities.
- Prepare annual financial statements and audit schedules.
- Collaborate with bankers and advisors for smooth financial transactions.
- Liaise with outsourced providers for corporate secretarial matters.
- Assist with tax computations for ECI tax provision and final tax filing.
- Oversee general operations of the SFO, including HR, IT, grants, and corporate communications.
- Implement impactful solutions for investment and non-investment functions, including talent development and leveraging government initiatives.
- Plan and execute programs and events related to the SFO’s mission and stakeholders.
- Develop relationships with third-party vendors or potential partners.
- Perform any other assigned duties.
