WHAT TO EXPECT


We are looking to nurture and grow young, energetic individuals to join our talent pool. For this season, we are looking to bring in 2 Management Trainees.

Successful candidates will take on challenging projects and portfolios to develop strengths and capabilities, and be exposed through rotations across core business/enabling functions within the corporate function of finexis. The objective is to provide candidates with personal and professional development opportunities, and groom candidates to be our company’s future leaders.

As agency distribution is a key business area of the company, key rotations could be made to recruitment, agency management and related areas.

There will be ongoing mentorship opportunities with experienced managers and senior leadership.


WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Acquire experience from ground level and gain experience in key business areas
  • Join the planning, and subsequently execute strategies to bring about key results and revenue
  • Assist the management in various corporate roles and matters, e.g. organising events, and take over key roles in due time
  • Contribute and lead in cross-functional projects


WHO YOU ARE

  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure and remain agile in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with the financial advisory industry would be advantageous
  • Ability to work with various stakeholders – whether senior management, colleagues or team members
  • Self-starter, resourceful and a strong team player
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Working experience and exposure to financial advisory sales / recruitment are advantageous
