DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assisting the Site Manager in supervising and overseeing the TCGM operation.
- Responsible for overseeing the contractors’ work to ensure it is done according to requirements.
- Responsible for daily audits/ roaming check and ensure tidiness of all rooms and systems, quality of alarms and other operational activities and ensure Preventive Maintenance (PMs) are completed.
- Coordinate with engineer on the service works/schedule.
- Coordinate with team leaders and ensure sufficient required manpower.
- Coordinate with admin assistant and ensure SPC data are in order before sending to customer engineer.
- Verify the employee time sheets created by admin assistant and ensure their accuracy.
- Responsible for coordinating with the admin assistant to ensure all the training are arranged/ carried out as per required schedule.
- Responsible for audit of training documents, ensuring their accuracy and sufficiency.
- Provide on the job system training for the new employees
- Assist in operation when required . E.g monitoring SCADA, performing PMs on Titrators, troubleshooting, etc.
- Responsible for generating month end reports.
- Responsible for preparing monthly sample schedules and ensuring new systems which are put on line and required routine sampling analysis are added to the schedules.
- Be the point of contact with the customers when required.
- Responsible for implementing all necessary safety practices when contractors and TCGM staff carry out their work tasks. Consult the Safety officer for any unknown safety issues and any updates.
- Organize mock drills with consultation of safety officer
- Generate internal SOPs when required.
- Responsible to be on site during any supply interruption. Activate the engineer and create incident report with the assistance of the engineer.
- Perform miscellaneous job-related duties when necessary.
Requirements:
NITEC/Diploma in Science /Mechanical/ Electrical/ Electronics/ Chemical Engineering with min 5 years related experience
