We are looking for IT Ops Management specialist who is good at batch job processing & application alert escalation this role requires to work on shifts.
Job Description:
- Experience on Batch job processing & application alert escalation.
- Batch job processing (execute batch jobs in AS400 & Control-M as per operation runbook), monitoring and escalation.
- System health alert monitoring and escalation to relevant parties (Alert monitoring and escalation via AppManager, OpsManager and email alerts).
- Data Centre environment monitoring (monitor Data Centre through CCTV and escalate of any abnormality), access control (process data Centre access request and perform access log verification) and inventory management (data Centre IT equipment checking and delivery clearance)
- Physical Password Custodian, provide dual control (manage half of password) for privilege ID management.
- Release management using Aldon LMi/LME (Carry out system object release for production implementation activity).
- Perform Data Centre CCTV, electronic keypress management and maintenance support.
- Take over IT Helpdesk task (stand-in for Help Desk support) after office hours.
- Tape media management (handling tape movement, recall from archive request, mount and unmount tape at tape library, maintain tape inventory records)
