Mandai Wildlife Group is the steward of Mandai Wildlife Reserve, a unique wildlife and nature destination in Singapore that is home to world-renown wildlife parks which connect visitors to the fascinating world of wildlife. The Group is driving an exciting rejuvenation plan at Mandai Wildlife Reserve, adjacent to Singapore’s Central Catchment Nature Reserve, that will integrate five wildlife parks with distinctive nature-based experiences, green public spaces and an eco-friendly resort.


Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Work with business units and perform accurate billings interfaced from sub-systems to ERP system for the Group.
  • Ensure all invoices interfaced from the system and manual transactions / credit notes are accurately accounted on a timely basis.
  • Identify and reconcile variances between sub-systems and work with I.T department to resolve the issue(s).
  • Communicate and resolve customer disputes over billing matters.
  • Prepare monthly Travel Agent Rebates schedules and all Deferred Revenue audit schedules.
  • Perform financial month end closing procedures within closing timeline for Accounts Receivables section.
  • Manage and record customer request enquiries/chargeback cases from bank portal and highlight cases to superior.
  • Participates in financial audits by providing supporting documentation as requested.
  • Ensure adherence to internal controls, standard operating procedures (SOPs) and company policies.
  • Assist and take part in organization/department projects and initiatives as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma in Accountancy or similar discipline is preferred.
  • At least 2 years of relevant finance experience with a minimum of 1 year specifically in Account Receivables (AR) management.
  • Proficiency in advanced Microsoft Excel functions (e.g VLOOKUP, pivot tables, macros).
  • Experience with SAP is highly advantageous.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with various stakeholders.
  • Independent, self-motivated, meticulous to details and accuracy.
  • Adaptable and quick to embrace new challenges and changes in a dynamic environment.
