We’re searching for a qualified and resourceful HR Associate/Senior HR Associate who has a keen sense of accountability and be a strong driver for continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Recruit and facilitate the hiring of qualified job applicants by collaborating with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for job openings.
  • Provide HR operations support eg. work passes, employment contracts, leaves & benefits administration, payroll, surveys, onboarding, offboarding etc.
  • Provide guidance to employees seeking information on company policies and procedures.
  • Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics.
  • Upkeep employee files and records electronically.
  • Organise company’s town halls and employee engagement activities.
  • Ensure compliance with employment regulations.
  • Any other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree qualification preferably with relevant HR experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ethics and cultural awareness.
  • Aptitude for problem-solving and thorough knowledge of HR procedures and policies.
  • Good knowledge of employment/labour laws.
  • Ability to maintain confidential and highly sensitive information.
  • Excellent team player and able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Self-driven, fast learner, multi-tasker, meticulous & tech-savvy.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint).
