Customer Service Associate
Working days: 4-5-4-5 days in rotation including PH
Working hours: 10.30am to 9.45pm with 2 breaks
Salary: Basic $2000 + Fixed allowances $300 (First 3 months) + Grooming allowance $150 + High commission (Gross salary up to $3500)
Location: Islandwide
Responsibilities:
- Selling of gold jewellery, diamonds, and luxury goods
- Attend to customers’ enquires and feedback
- Provide excellent customer service and assistance to customers
- Offer advice and guidance on product selections
- Manage point-of-sale processes
- Maintain good store condition and visual merchandising standards
Requirements:
- Able to commit in retail hours and public holidays
- Keen in jewellery industry
