• Assist in planning and executing Q1 2025 initiatives
• Manage and provide support to the sales force
• Resolve queries and issues raised
• Disseminate key information and company directions
-assurance standards to maintain a highly professional distribution sales force
• Resolve issues such as complaints, handling of appeals, transfer of representatives, termination of representatives and compliance issues by working with related departments
• Monitor and follow-up
• Takes accountability in considering business and regulatory compliance risks and takes appropriate steps to mitigate the risks.
• Maintains awareness of industry trends on regulatory compliance, emerging threats
• Highlights any potential concerns /risks and proactively shares best risk management practices.
