§ Collaboration with HR Teams: Liaise closely with regional HR teams to gather and synthesize talent information from various entities across the organization.
§ Reporting: Prepare essential documents for talent and succession plan status reporting to the Group Management Team.
§ Handle queries regarding Talent Management related policy.
