Operation Associate
- Tracking the SLA of customer orders - follow up and ensure we meet the agreed SLA between customers, Maxis and partners providers.
- Follow up with customers to ensure the conversion of submission to install which ultimately lead to documents collection, address verification and home fibre installation.
- Professionally and accurately handle customers’ enquiries and requests by arranging customer’s appointment for installation, address issue follow up, and their relevant matters (if any).
- Monitor day to day customers' address port availability to ensure service/ fibre able to delivery on time to achieve customer satisfaction.
- Able to communicate well in providing relevant information to customer and relevant authority, English proficiency is a must.
- Collaborate with internal team and frontliners to manage and close orders timely.
- Good in excel and able to provide simple analysis on order performance.
