Job Description: As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will learn the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to building client relationships and matching candidates to job roles. This role provides hands-on training and mentorship, equipping you with the skills and knowledge to succeed in a fast-paced recruitment environment. You will develop strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills while working towards set targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in identifying and sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, and networking.
• Screen and interview potential candidates.
• Support in matching candidates to client job requirements.
• Build relationships with candidates and assist with client interactions.
• Maintain recruitment databases and candidate records.
• Work towards meeting weekly and monthly targets.
