- Stakeholder Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders, ensuring alignment on recruitment needs, business strategies, and overall objectives. - HR Business Partnering:
Act as an HR Business Partner for key account(s), delivering tailored recruitment and HR solutions to meet the client's strategic goals. Provide advisory support on HR policies, talent acquisition trends, and workforce planning. - Employee Management:
Oversee the onboarding, management, and development of employees within the RPO model, ensuring high levels of engagement, satisfaction, and retention. - Performance Management:
Execute performance management processes for client teams, including setting KPIs, conducting performance reviews, and delivering feedback to optimize productivity and service delivery. - Client Delivery & Recruitment Oversight:
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for clients, ensuring timely delivery and achievement of hiring goals. - Reporting & Analytics:
Provide regular updates and reports to clients, employee performance, and overall account health. - Problem-Solving:
Proactively identify issues and recommend solutions to enhance client satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Singaporeans and PR preferred
- Experience:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in HR Business Partnering or Talent Acquisition, preferably within an RPO model. - Skills:
- Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proven expertise in employee/employer management and performance management.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to present data-driven insights.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Preferred:
- Previous experience managing large-scale recruitment projects within the RPO framework.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
