Job Summary:


We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in ERP consulting and a proven track record in sales. The Sales Consultant will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying potential clients, building relationships, and promoting our ERP solutions, including SAP Business One, SAP S/4 HANA, and Epicor. Experience in other ERP systems, such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, IFS, Syspro, Oracle NetSuite OneWorld, and Acumatica, will also be considered.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage new business prospects within the ERP sector.
  • Promote and sell our ERP solutions (SAP Business One, SAP S/4 HANA, and Epicor) to new and existing clients.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations tailored to client needs.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships to foster repeat business and referrals.
  • Understand customer needs and to provide appropriate ERP solutions.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.


Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong understanding of ERP systems, preferably SAP Business One, SAP S/4 HANA, and Epicor.
  • Familiar with multiple of the following domains (Accounts / Purchasing / Sales / Inventory / Manufacturing)
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.


Qualifications:

  • At least 2 year of experience in sales, with a focus on ERP platforms.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.


Compensation:

  • Competitive base salary with performance-based commission.
