Lico Resources is partnering with a prominent listed organisation in Singapore. Known for their strong market presence, they're looking to enhance their team with top-tier talent. The Opportunity We're seeking an experienced Treasury & Corporate Finance Manager to join our client's dynamic finance team.


This crucial role will support the CFO in managing the organization's treasury and financial operations, overseeing a portfolio of companies both local and overseas.


Key responsibilities include: 

  • Overseeing the group's treasury position and ensuring compliance with loan covenants and regulations  Assisting with bank loan financing/re-financing exercises 
  • Managing and monitoring cash flow positions, including funds utilization and dividend/interest upstreaming
  • Supporting acquisitions/divestments and due diligence activities 
  • Preparing and reviewing quarterly and yearly financial reports and SGX Announcements 
  • Assisting in financial reporting and audits for the Group 
  • Monitoring compliance with the Group's policies and procedures 
  • Managing a portfolio of assigned companies, both local and overseas, including review of management reports and resolution of accounting, taxation, legal, and operational issues


Ideal Candidate Profile 

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field 
  • Professional accounting qualification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) highly valued 
  • Proven track record of at least 7+ years experience in treasury management, corporate finance, or related roles  Strong understanding of accounting standards and their implementation in group accounts 
  • Proficiency in financial analysis, loan negotiations, and cash flow management 
  • Excellent analytical skills coupled with strong verbal and written communication abilities 
  • Experience with SGX listing requirements and financial reporting will be a bonus
  • Adept at both independent work and collaborative team environments 
  • Experience in managing financial operations across multiple jurisdictions is a plus This role presents a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on a leading organisation's financial operations and strategic growth.
