Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Deal Advisory position at VALLARIS.


The Deal Advisory team member will be responsible for assisting clients in buying and selling businesses, providing financial advice, conducting due diligence, and facilitating successful mergers & acquisitions.


The role involves analyzing market trends, creating financial models, and communicating with stakeholders to ensure seamless transactions.

Qualifications

  • Must be from a Big4 professional services firm;
  • Mergers and acquisitions, business valuation, due diligence or forensic accounting specializations only;
  • Degree/Qualification in Accounting/CFA/CVA/CA/ACCA/Financial Engineering;
  • Passing CFA or CVA exam at any level is an advantage;
  • Excellent critical analysis, communication skills, client focused and result oriented;
  • Very capable in Excel and Powerpoint;
  • Outstanding written and spoken English;
  • Team player, eager to learn, stress resistant, entrepreneurial, pro-active and hands-on;
  • Candidates to complete an interview case study; and
  • Job title commensurate with relevant experience:
  • Consultant | 1-2 years;
  • Lead Consultant | 3-4 years;
  • Assistant Manager | 4-5 years;
