We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Technical Analyst with a strong background in Drupal to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess not only deep technical knowledge of Drupal but also the ability to communicate effectively with non-IT stakeholders, providing clear and simple explanations of complex technical issues. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving, with a focus on proposing innovative solutions and improvements. Attention to detail and critical thinking are essential qualities for success in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drupal / CMS Expertise: Demonstrate strong knowledge of Drupal, including its architecture, modules, and best practices. Utilize this expertise to develop, enhance, and maintain our Drupal-based systems.
- Communication: Serve as a bridge between the IT department and business stakeholders. Translate complex technical concepts into clear, simple language that non-IT personnel can understand.
- Deadline Management: Ensure that all projects and tasks are completed within specified deadlines, maintaining high-quality standards.
- Proactivity: Regularly propose solutions and improvements to existing systems and processes. Stay ahead of potential issues by anticipating problems and suggesting preventive measures.
- Detail-Oriented: Pay close attention to all aspects of Drupal development and system maintenance, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all tasks.
- Critical Thinking: Apply analytical skills to evaluate technical challenges and constraints, developing well-thought-out solutions that address underlying issues and contribute to the overall success of the project.
Education and experience
- Proven experience as a Functional Analyst or similar role, with a focus on Drupal or similar CMS platforms.
- Strong understanding of business processes and IT systems, with the ability to bridge the gap between the two.
- Experience managing teams, priorities, and budgets in a project-based environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both business and IT stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to contribute to the planning and vision of IT tools and systems.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
