Wealth Management Operations – Project Manager – Associate

Are you looking for an opportunity to support all key business and platform initiatives within the International Private Banking space? You have found the right team!


As a Wealth Management Operations – Project Manager in Projects & Business Innovation Support team within Wealth Management Operations, you working in conjunction with our internal partners including Client Service, Advisors, Operations, Technology, Product, Business Management, Legal, Risk and Compliance. You will execute various Programs that provide solutions to optimize business flows, bring efficiencies, enhance controls and keep our platform compliant with regulations applicable to our legal entities and branches.


Job responsibilities

• Be involved in the planning, requirements gathering, management and execution of projects through a project plan and engagement of various functional groups (Legal, Compliance, Technology, Operations, Business Management, Risk)

• Provide updates on the project status to senior management and stakeholders

• Collaborate with Operations teams to write business requirements for technology teams to implement the necessary changes to the operating model

• Plan and coordinate testing and regression testing of new functionality

• Perform sprit planning and retrospectives with the technology scrum teams


Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Project Management or Operations in the Banking Industry

• Strategic thinking with the ability to implement very large projects across multiple legal entities worldwide

• Must be highly disciplined, a self-starter, and have the ability to execute on assignments independently and autonomously

• Outstanding team player with excellent communication skills, ability to work in collaboration building rapport with peers

• Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure to meet deadlines

• Highly analytical with organizational and prioritization skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics or other related disciplines


Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Previous experience in Temenos

• Solid knowledge of investment products and their lifecycles including shares, bonds and Mutual Funds
