Responsibilities:
- Plan, schedule, and execute projects to meet deadlines, budget, and client expectations.
- Monitor progress, identify key tasks, and ensure smooth site operations.
- Coordinate internal teams and external vendors, including consultants and subcontractors, for seamless project execution.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and budget.
- Verify that work aligns with approved plans, specifications, and regulations.
- Manage resource availability and allocation.
- Develop and track detailed project plans.
- Handle changes in project scope, schedule, and costs with appropriate verification.
- Conduct risk management to reduce project risks.
- Measure performance using relevant tools and techniques.
- Maintain thorough project documentation.
- Oversee construction site matters, including safety and compliance.
- Report and escalate issues to management as necessary.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering and PEB-recognized.
- Around 10 years of project management experience in residential, government, and commercial buildings.
- Experience with A1 or A2 building companies.
