Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a retail sales team.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, provide coaching, and drive team development.
- Initiate and implement strategic business plans to achieve sales goals and operational objectives.
- Implement effective coaching techniques and training programs to enhance shop-level performance.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations, including managing client feedback and resolving operational issues.
- Organize and execute sales and distribution activities to drive sales growth.
- Oversee stock control, assortment planning, and product pricing to optimize inventory levels and profitability.
- Prepare and review annual plans, sales forecasts, resource management, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Work closely with the Marketing and Merchandising departments to align strategies and initiatives.
- Establish and maintain high customer service standards.
- Continuously enhance operational processes in both shops and backroom operations.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment and employment policies.
- Establish and maintain clear communication on policies and procedures.
- Oversee new store renovation projects, ensuring they align with brand standards and operational needs.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market share and achieve growth objectives.
- Conduct industry market research and implement competitive strategies.
- Any other ad hoc duties assigned by Manager/Director
Requirement:
- Min. Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate in Business, Marketing or equivalent.
- Candidates must possess a minimum of 5 years or more of relevant experience in the retail operations.
- Candidates should have good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Possess initiative and drive with good interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership skills, able to provide a clear and strategic direction to team
- Proven track record in sales and marketing
- Able to work in retail hours.
- Flexibility to travel overseas.
