AlwaysHired is honoured to represent our esteemed client in the FMCG industry to recruit for a Senior Executive, Business Planning Analyst (Korean-speaking). This is an excellent opportunity to partner closely with internal stakeholders to support the analysis and growth of the organisation whilst tapping into the individual's Korean proficiency.
Main Role & Responsibility
- Creating business plan and distribution of strategy.
- Set up brand strategy and monitor its performance.
- Analysing customer data by store/product and managing key figures.
- Brand activity aggregation reporting and performance management.
- Gather market intelligence and identify business opportunities.
- Update and report on budgets and expenses.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs, objectives and challenges.
- Business report on Weekly and Monthly basis in Korean language.
Requirements
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant work experience, preferably with work experience in FMCG industry.
- Degree in Business Management or other relevant disciplines.
- Skills (MS Excel / Statistical Analysis / SAP / Demand Management / Forecasting tools / Forecasting processes in Sales).
- Translate business reports from English to Korean for Headquarters. Proficiency in English & Korean is a must.
