- Site layout
- undertaking surveys
- setting out sites
- Work schedule
- Managing equipment & materials at site
- Organizing the workers
- Safeguarding the environment
- Checking and modifying plans and specifications for constructability, efficiency, and safety
- Developing cost estimates and preparing bids
- Managing subcontractor firms
- Preparing site reports and filling in other paperwork
- Working with the owner to ensure that the project meets requirements
- Solving job site technical problems, moving between the field and office
- Gaining additional education and training
- Skilled in Using of Autocad, MS office, ability to prepare schedule in MS Project
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering / Equivalent
- Experienced in Construction Site
- Sound knowledge of Engineering, construction, and design.
- Great leadership and organizational skills.
- Great written and verbal communication skills.
- A willingness to learn.
