Job Scope Overview
- Coordinate and manage event preparation and operations for multiple events, to see through Job completion.
- Provide event administrative and operational support.
- Handle external vendor bookings for logisitcs
- Established good relationship with internal stakeholders and ensure internal workflow is smooth.
- Ensure that projects meet deadlines by adhering to schedules, identifying potential delays and reporting to Event Manager
Qualifications
- Secondary School and above or equivalent experience.
- Entry level is welcome to apply.
- Project management skills with experience handling multiple deadlines and schedules autonomously.
- Demonstrated interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work well with others in a deadline-driven team environment. Good working attitude and able to work under pressure.
- Ability to coordinate between clients and colleagues, to ensure that work progress smoothly.
- Able to work late nights and sometimes weekends.
- Good to have: Class 3 Driving Licenses and able to start work immediately.
