Job Scope
- Execute risk management plans for medico-legal cases and clinical complaints.
- Promote good clinical care through specific tasks and projects.
- Manage medico-legal cases, clinical complaints, and the claims process.
- Oversee medical malpractice coverage renewal and administration.
- Lead medico-legal education and communication efforts.
- Serve as Secretariat for the Clinical Care Review Committee (CCRC).
- Handle ad hoc projects.
Requirement
- Min Degree in nursing / social work or any other courses
- Min 4 to 5 years of case management / medical affairs expreience
