Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist Project Manager in site supervision and management.
- Responsible for planning, scheduling, forecasting, conducting and coordinating the technical and management aspects of projects.
- To attend site meetings with the Main-Contractor and/or Sub-Contractor(s) whenever necessary with regards to any site issues, and to update our own construction team
- To make sure site work progress follows the Schedule given by the Main-Contractor
- To work closely with main-office staff to prepare monthly Progress Claims and document of the job progress.
- To manage daily operation of the project execution.
- Solving construction problems as soundly as possible.
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirement
• Minimum O Level or equivalent
• Minimum 1 years working experience from construction will be an advantage
• Knowledge in reading floor plan, Auto Cad drawings, class 3 driving license will be an advantage
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin
